The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

Just noticed this notice on the macOS App Store version. (Background: the 1.1 update, released a couple of years back, resets your Plugins directory to the default install, and in doing so deletes all your plugins — as a bunch of people found to their detriment. There was an outcry, and I've just belatedly noticed that this was the response.)



This is ... possibly the worst disclaimer I've ever seen, tbh. You "HAVE NOT lost your content", you just need to download it again. So, in other words, you've ... lost it. C'mon, Aspyr.
