The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

so im fairly new to the modded simcity world, and was looking for a solid way to manage my plugins so i didnt have to have every one for every region. i stumbled across the startup manager. however once i click on a region to start the game, the file manager freezes and is not responding on the screen that reads "starting up, Initializing sumjserver". im on windows 10, clean install. any help would be much appreciated
