I am having some odd trouble with this building.  I downloaded the new one... hoping that it would fix the problem.  The problem that I am having is that it is constantly always rewarded.  I don't have to earn it, its always already earned.  It also does not unlock the next building in the reward chain once plopped (and yes i do have have all the things met for the next reward) - it just isn't working the way it is supposed to.

Now for Cycledoggs (CP) texture packs and trees... here is my delema.  You guys say they are props... as in the lot maker (or whatever its called)... well they also show up in mayor mode... which I wish they didnt.  Is there anything that I can do there so that they don't?  I just need them as a dependancy for other buildings.  Also another problem I am having with them... I'll name the files in a min.  My City Hall... after being plopped uses these trees... I have no clue why, because I do not use them, except for a dependacy as stated above.  I have a picture for you (attached)

Also note that many (mostly all of them) of ripptide's parks, do not have queries when quried.

Dealing with each point separately:
1. The QMM was uploaded without the conditonal building property being set. It has been corrected and re uploaded along with an updated Palacio Canton.
2. The Cycledogg prop packs all have Mayor Mode trees built in and cannot be removed without removing the exemplars from the dat file.
3. There is a fix for the City Hall problem by Andreas Roth but I can't remember where it is at the moment.
4. Please make sure that you have the latest version of BSC Essentials as that file contains all the necessary files for queries for a number of lots.

The main reason that the custom trees you have downloaded are showing up on some of the Maxis lots is this:

Maxis used Flora Family ID 0xE8F02107 on some of their lots. Since most of the custom trees are designed using the Maxis flora exemplars as a base, they also have this Flora Family ID attached to them. You won't see that in the Lot Editor because the Lot Editor only recognizes Flora exemplars ending in "0000" and won't show the Flora Family ID for whatever reason.

Well, as I tried to download both buildings... the lex said I have downloaded them 5 to 6 times alreday and it then gives me the bandwith message.  Problem is... if I downloaded them 6 times I'd have it on my computer 6 times... no files.  Is there a way that one of you can fix the problem?  Sorry that I keep having these problems :(
