CSX Vinyard-Simonsberg Estate

So I plopped CSX Vineyard - Simonsberg Estate, which I feel certain I have done in the past in other cities, and the info box now shows a curious lack of data values. Current Jobs 0/0 and blank Desirability Factors. Not game breaking, but curious. 

I replaced the files

• CSX Vineyard - Simonsberg Estate_0f94f750.SC4Lot
  CSX Vineyard - Simonsberg.dat

from the originals to see if that helped, but no joy.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this would be appreciated.

For plopable industry lots to work, you'll need to place it in a properly zoned area (in this case agriculture) and have sufficient demand. It is usually best to plop over existing lots.

I did that, and it is in an area of commercial farms where all the other farms are working properly.
Please let me know if you think of anything else.
