The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

OK i have reinstalled simcity 4 but when i was moving my plugin folder to my new computer it got corrupted so now i will have confusion because every dependency will be like u have downloaded this file so i will be damn confused which things i have downloaded or not so please delete my account BTW if any moderator is seeing this u have full permission to delete my account :)

Which account do you want to delete? The forum and LEX accounts are separated.
In any case that's a bit extreme. I can understand having corrupted or confusing plugin folders can be frustrating but really the best thing to do would be to try and start over from a fresh install.
If you want, you can actually erase your LEX download history by going on the LEX > log in > top tool bar > User tools > Download History > Remove Entire Download History. This can help you.
