Why does this power plant just vanishes? Anyone else have this issue?

This download was released in 2006. There are a couple of dozen comments on the download page, none of which mention any problems. I would think that if there were any issues with the lot, somebody else would have posted something by now. I checked the lot and building exemplars in both Reader and SC4DataNode, and nothing appears out of the ordinary or faulty with either exemplar.

Could you give us some more specifics about what is going on?

Not sure what is going on last time it happened i was in another part of the city an all of a sudden I see the no power zots. There is no disaster pop up like a fire taking place, so no idea what happened. It has happened more than once in the cities where I use the power plant. i checked my go to disaster to make sure it was checked and it was,
