Where Does SC4Mapper create new region

Just getting back into Simcity 4 and am trying to use your SC4Mapper to create new regions

When i go to save the new region it seems to go through the process of creating the new files for city but nothing is created in the Regions Directory

Now I bought my version of SimCity 4 Deluxe from GOG Games and when installed the directory structure is as follow

Top   ---> GOG Games
              ---> SinCity 4 Deluxe Edition
                   --->  Regions

Please advise the directory structure for where your program saves the new region

Please ignore this problem I see that it creates new regions in the directory structure

Documents ----> SimCity 4 ----> Regions
