Weird problem with MAX

See for yourself, it's as if the model gets too big for the scene light rig &mmm
the model is arround 12x9 copied twice and in one of the pics it gets to 24x9

All these boxes i placed arround also shows my problem , i really don't know how to fix this.  :'(

I fail to see what is a weird with this situation?
Those purple thingies are DIRECTIONAL lights. Noticing their location and direction how do you expect all of you model being illuminated by them??
The solution would be to expand your lighting rig. But to preserve the look you should preserve the vectors of lights. And that may prove rather time consuming, especially given the number of lights.
Easiest solution would be to go with simplified SunSky setup, you would have only two light sources to warry about. Better still in most cases those are totally size independent.

What version of MAX do you use?
