Very interesting city and great BATs, Szymcar! 
As you see, people from many countries like Polish blocks, I'm not surprised - they add a lot to the city realism 
And such buildings are not only Polish speciality, there are a lot of them in other countries too

Another excellent application of the tower blocks, the avenue walls almost give the neighborhoods a walled off appearance to go with them

I like this new update, szymcar. There is a sort of carefully-planned simplicity about it which is fairly consistent with previous updates.
You have chosen your photo locations well and stayed within the parameters of a style you've developed as the MD progresses.

How do you call these districts in Poland? If I translate the Hungarian name, it would sound like housing or residential district.

We call it "Blokowisko" (Blok (block) - the place where are a lot of blocks)
or "Sypialnia" (The place where people only sleeps (Sleeping room) )
There are some another names whose I don't remember.

Nice update there.  Your MD certainly does have its own "Feel".  Joan refers to it as well.  I like the jail - must have taken some timee to get it how you wanted with the fences etc.  I'm not normally a fan of the highway walls, but you've used them well.

Only thing I'm not sure of are the ped bridges.  You would need to go up and down two sets of bridges to cross the whole avenue.  I'm not sure whether there are any custom BATs that would solve the problem.  I would have used the NAM Ped Bridge as it can be built to any length and shape you want.

Nice job, but I suggest ditching jeronij's street pavement mod. It doesn't suit the area very well. Perhaps sap's European Asphalt mod would be a far better choice in that respect.

Otherwise, I love how everything's been put together. It's nice and pleasing to the eye, even if it is a R$ area (for some reason, I find that Eastern European R$ areas look a lot nicer compared to American ghetto areas)
