Quick Question about some cerulean lot files

I have a very quick question.  I have recently downloaded the "CARCH Lots BSC" on the LEX that has the lot files of cerulean's buildings that where updated to CAM standards.  I ran the cleanotal file for that which was included in the zip and it left a few files in the CARCH folder in the main plugins area.  They happen to be files for Djoella Industries.  Are the files I listed below safe to delete?  Thanks for any help in my progress to try to clean up my plugins folder as much as possible.

Whoops, my bad.  Guess I missed that post.

None of the plops have been updated yet so they can be kept for the time being if you use them. If you don't use plops then you can delete them anyway.
