SG industrial models won't appear in Temp Files; exceeding DL quota

The SG industrial model packs won't open for me on Windows. Help!

All three industrial model packs opened up without problems for me, and the installer programs as well.

What size do the zip files have that you've downloaded and cannot open?
If your download got interrupted, then you need to clear your internet cache before trying to redownload the same file again.
Otherwise you will continue to get the same partial download from your cache.

EDIT:
And if  you've exceeded your download quota for today, you will have to wait till tomorrow before you can try again!

Would cleaning the cache remove the download quota?

Is it there as a brownout prevention defense?

I'd suggest you to use a download manager to prevent these issues  .

Nope, I think the download quota, when reached, is imposed for 24 hours or something like that.
