I hope this is the right thread! Anyway , I've been trying to create an underbridge lot using LE and CSX WFK Malta lots and have had no success. I do understand the basics of LE (I thought) as I have tweaked a few lots for myself and thought this would be easy. The different lots do have "dummy"bldgs. and are primarily props so I'm guessing that unless the prop models were overhanging , I'm not going to be able to do it? What I have done is... made a  wider lot , moved bldg, made transparent base (hey it was a thought!)  I'm just trying to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. Thanks for any help!

Nope you seem to have the right idea, but not the right tools.   You will probably need to see if Colyn would be able to render one of the WFK lots offset so you could create the underbridge lot.
