How can I change a lots name on the selection menu?

I'm a relatively smart guy but I am having a hard time figuring out how to change a lot's name under the Landmarks menu. Some of my lots show up as "beach" when they are really a beach front hotel. One of my favorite lots comes up as <Place your name here>.

I heard of a lot tutorial called "whoa!" by RalphaelNinja on LEX that will show how to change custom descriptions, but I cannot find this lot.

Any help or suggestions on where to get help would be appreciated.

To do this, you will have to use the reader, found on the LEX. What I normally do, (there are other ways) is edit the "Item Name" and Item description" files under the building exemplar. If they aren't there already, I'll add them, by right-clicking, selecting "add property" and scroll down
and select "Item Name" or "Item Description". Then double-click on the property, and where it says "Values as text" type in what you want.

There are other ways of doing this, this way is just my personal preference.  ;)

PS: Sorry if this confuses you too much, just let me know if you need help.  :)
