Hello there everyone, I had a question about a dependency for Deadwoods's SNM Security Fences.

It says I need the "BSC_DAE_DirtTrackTextures.dat dated after Jan 18 2007" which should be in the BSC Textures Mega Pack, right?  Well, that's the thing...the BSC Textures Vol 01 which has the DAE Dirt Track Textures is dated for upload 07/01/20, but when I use it there's still the issue with the base textures not showing up, and those annoying black holes and "see through areas" keep popping up.  Is it supposed to be transparent or am I missing something? ()what() Because when I look at the lot icon it seems like there's supposed to be base textures.
Regards,

PS: I downloaded the DAE master dependency list and couldn't find anything but a support file...

I have the same issue - except its only on the lots that have one fence not two that appear with the blackhole....

I haven't used those fences but would suspect it is the known bug with an overlay only on a tile. There is nothing that can be done as it is a Maxis bug.

The latest SNM Fences have been made without a base texture. (I never liked that so I put them back for my own use :P) But yes, as Barby pointed out, it is a known bug with lots that have no base texture but do use over-lay texture, i.e. the paths in this case.

There is no known cure to date for this phenomenon. The suggested solutions that there are, are temporary. But they include saving and exiting the city and returning. The bug, as far as I can remember, is triggered by switching to underground mode.
