Hi i'm having a problem with this building growing as a brown box( Kwai Chung Estate Phase 1) also when i load the city containing this building i get a message saying(you are missing plugin pack 1035874095. dont no if this has anything to do with my problem but any help would be appreciated. i have added a pic of the problem

You are missing the model for this. I would redownload the lot and check that you have a model file.

There is no model file in the download that i can see and no link to any dependencies in the readme

patch_110, since the Kwai Chung Estate hasn't been uploaded as CAMeLots on the LEX yet (Bixel is working on them though), I take it you've downloaded the HK Estates Medium Wealth from STEX. In that case you should ask this question over at Simtropolis.

However, since I'm a nice guy and know Bixel's creations pretty well, I'll help you a bit further.
That upload on STEX contained a readme, from which I will quote:

Ok, patch_110. Let me take back what I said above!

Looking at the updated CAM LOTS BXL1 I realize that Bixel has included the Kwai Chung Estate's lot and desc files in that update.
However the model files are not included, and are not available anywhere else either...

The missing file is KwaiChung1-0x5ad0e817_0x53c854ca_0x30000.SC4Model, which I have on my hd. I will talk to Barby about it tomorrow and see if we could upload Bixel's 15th Mega Model pack including that and two other model files that are missing at the moment.

I'm sending you that model file over email so that you can get rid of that brown box.
As soon as the new mega pack is avilable, you should remove it! ;)
