Roll this update  :P  ;)

Thanks for the comments. Jayo, they are the BSC hedges, I think by Caliban. And I'm surprised that you remember Argosy. I sort of abandoned that one when I got a new computer.

Anyway here is another update. Back to London this time. I'll let the pictures do the talking:

Another stunning update, jen_p! But then again, I wouldn't expect anything less! The last picture is my favorite with the train station--beautiful work. I'll be looking forward to seeing more!

Great work as always.  Your attention to every last detail is outstanding.  I like how you deal with the slopes, there are so many levels nicely hidden in your city.  I can look at your pictures for ever.........okay a very long time.  Every visit here I get new ideas.

Thanks for all of the wonderful comments. I have been very busy this week and haven't had much time to play SC4, but here are a couple of little mosaics:

Nardo69

I just went over the last two page's updates ...

let me just say one word:

WOW   &apls

Great works wıth the those fences - I used them only ın rural environments until now ...

How did you get these long rows of Thing-row houses? Did you plop them? Because when I try to get them growing it takes ages to bulldoze and wait and bulldoze and wait and bulldoze and wait and bulldoze and wait and bulldoze and wait ...  %confuso

... and in the end there is one(!) lot right in the middle where I cannot get a Thing-row house at all ... &mmm

About the White Swan - they REALLY seem to come only in dozens ...

Take care and make Backups!  %wrd

Bernhard

jen_p

Once again thanks for the comments.

Nardo: The rows of thing terraces are growable lots that I made. I made the houses into props and there are four on a lot. And yes, you are right about the white swan. Gascooker made the high street set in part to compete against it, but it still turns up everywhere.

Here's another small update:

A terraced slope:

I was hoping that I would get mostly rowhouses grow, but I guess that my sims wanted little high-wealth cottages instead. A few closeups of the area:
