And how weird are coincidences? Today, my friend and I are exactly 2 years together as well. Altough he says it's tomorow, because it was late in the evening and for some stupid reason we had no eyes for the time. Yet i'm still convinced it was before midnight.

Excellent updates M - in the last set, I really like the new canal set in the Ou Dorp CBD...the school looks particularly restful - although I dare say the kids would spend most of the day gazing at the water rather than the blackboard

Well I'm going to try and keep this as short and sweet (ha!) as possible!

After my last experience with the DAT Packer, it appears as if some of my city files have been corrupted. Now, this is not the DAT Packer's fault in anyway, it is mine and I acknowledge that. I am also sure that there is a way to fix it, which means I'll have to spend quite a few hours trying to find the error, but...

This is sort of a blessing in disguise.

I have deleted all my plugins and am starting over again, but for the time being this MD is, as sad as it is to acknowledge it, dead.

I'm sorry, but comes at a rather stressful time for me - before my semester final exams, assignments and tests and thus gives me an opportunity to break away from the equally stressful task of MDing.

I am going to ask that David lock this thread as soon as he deems fit. At this time I have no plans for starting a new MD, and I'm certainly not going to abandon Elytheria as a concept as yet, but if anything is going to happen it is not going to be soon.

I want to thank all of you for your constant support, input and well wishes. It is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten. Okay, a tad bit melodramatic there, because I am not leaving the site just yet.

Sorry for not replying personally to all of your comments lately, but I would rather just get this behind me.

Maybe there'll be an announcement in June / July, but until then, I'll just be a regular enjoying your fantasic MDs, BATs and LOTs.
