No Residential growth: what I'm doing wrong?

Hi all,

In my new region, I layed down freeways connections and some roads and railways,

but in the city I'm developing I've no residentials at all!!!

In the city I'm developing I've put Farms, and industries and of course residentials zones

Farms and industries are growing, but res not....

First thing to check is, do you have the BSC No Maxis Files or any other Maxis blocking mod installed?
If you have blocked Maxis residentials and do not have any custom content stage 1 residential buildings, no residential development will take place at all.

You are right! I've the no maxis biuilding mod installed...
So is there a way to know which stage 1 regidentials I've got in my plugins folder?

I had the same problem once, while rebuilding plugins

I have BSC NoMaxis Files and a very few R$ Stage 1 lots, mainly 2x1, as the game layout R zone in 2 depth or 3 depth, I had no residential growth. So make sure you have zoned for the correct lot sizes

They would probably have filenames starting with R$1_

this also happens to me the first time.. Now with the bats I download now I'm having no problem.
