The needed texture packs can be found in the BSC Mega texture packs (1 and 2).
The proppacks and florapacks have been replaced by SG Megapack 1,

These files are available on the LEX , just like the BSC Essentials that you need. Just a tip: The Nordstroms Department Store is also available in SG Department Stores megapacks.

Is http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=90 what you mean on the BSC Mega texture packs? I can't find 2, only 1 if this is the first one.
