Alright, so yesterday I downloaded the new Cleanitol files from the LEX to find out which packs I was missing. Well, I downloaded the ones I was missing and ran the Cleanitol file to get rid of all the loose dependencies (as well as DatPacking my folder), but now whenever I try to open a city in SC4 it crashes to the desktop. And this has happened on developed and undeveloped cities, and I'm not sure what the problem is.

How can I solve this? It's really frustrating since I basically can't play the game.

Okay, apparently it's a problem with c.p.'s Meadowshire Terrain Mod. The problem is, before I ran Cleanitol it was working just fine, and the only two dependencies that are listed I have. So I'm not sure what Cleanitol did. ()what()

It could be the DatPacker, but I've DatPacked the same plugins folder before and it didn't do this. (And for clarification, the terrain mod isn't datpacked, it's in a separate folder labeled 'ZZZ Modifications'.

edit: sorry I misread your post.

The cleanitol file only checks if you have the no 8 & 9 tree packs if I remember correctly, it doesn't check if you have the no 3 & 4 terrain textures I think. Are those installed as well??

I think I fixed it. I read in the DatPacker forum that it doesn't like folders that are larger than 1 GB, and my dependencies folder was 1.5 GB.
