Loved the sidewalk mod but does anyone have a diagonal lot to go with the PEG's plazas? I mean something like a filler half grass half sandstone.

No, they are growable commercial services lots (CS$$ stage 1).

It's probably a weird sized lot (one that maxis wouldn't make any lots for). Check the readme to see how big the lot is, and hold shift while zoning to make the appropriate sized lot. It shouldn't be all that hard to make grow after that (if you have any demand at all for CS$$)
