I am so lost

First let me say thank you to anyone that can help me. I just discovered the whole download thing and have been downloading some buildings into my city. Everything has been going fine except some of the buildings I plop have grass in place of the parking lots. But cars still drive on them. After reading and getting some help, I think I need the BSC Textures MEGA Pack.I tried to get it at simtropolis but it said it was "locked by the administrator, check back later" So now Ive tried here and I have no idea on how to download the pack on this site. When I click on the BSC Textures MEGA Pack, it just gives me a screenshot with details but no link to download. So if anyone can help me or point me in the right direction if anyone has a clue on why my parking lots are grass.? Appreciate the help.

You have to be logged on to the LEX to download it. The forum and the exchange have different registrations/logins.

You didn't even bother to read the answers to the messages you left at Simtropolis!! Sheez.. I answered you and even logged on HERE and even put the EXACT LINK to the LOT and even LOOKED UP THE DEPENDENCIES that you didn't bother to read.. Before you start new threads, you might want to show a bit of patience and read the answers that you already have to your questions.
