This is by no means the biggest city I've ever made, but at the moment this is the densest portion of my current region's biggest city, at about 70,000 residents:

The white facade at the left looks excellent, others are a little bit too blurry. The avenue looks very good, maybe it could be very little sharper?
Blur filters can add much realism to sc4 pictures, but thy should be used in a very subtle way. My advice is similar to what you can read in professional Photoshop tutorials or books: Gaussian Blur gives best effects, sometimes it is good to use Gaussian Blur and then emphasize some edges (very subtle!) using Unsharp Mask, with the same radius in both filters. I don't know which graphic program do you use, but you can find Gaussian Blur in most of them (or in all of them). Unsharp Mask is a Photoshop tool, I don't know how is it called in other programs.

The lens flare is nice but it could be a bit less aggressive.

As for the picture itself - very nice composition, I like it! 
I don't see anything to change, maybe there could be more people props and small details along sidewalks (Kelis' Hong Kong is a good example).
