Missing Lots!

Yesterday as I was making airportlots I descovered to my horror that some lots seem to be "lost" by LE.
They exist in my plugins folder, but doesn´t show up in LE despite several restarts of LE.
In the game some of them seem to appear, but then it´s only the textures, all props are missing...
Any clue to what might be wrong?
I´m absolutely certain that I pressed the "save as" button before I quit LE...
