In all the years I have been playing SC...Never Have I seen such awesome looking suburbs. &apls As soon as I can get the cleanitol tool and install the new NAM...my suburbs will take on a whole new look with diagnal streets. My suburbs are composed of The main roads being in a grid, but the streets are not, and they are all offset so the sims don't take short cuts through them. I'll have to upload a screen shot to show y'all.

A very great looking night shot of your suburb there, spartanB292!

Masochist

spartanB292, you have some very interesting shapes in your night-light picture!  I think that's how the night mod can get the best pictures...when there's shapes and shadows that are pleasing to the eye, as in your picture.  Nice work !

So I've been playing around with jeronij's Side Street mod (which I never got around to downloading until recently), and I downloaded every small R$$ residential home I could find.  The result happens to be the most varied suburban living I think I've ever created.  Gascooker's lots especially help put charm in these pictures...check it out:
