It has a very nice suburbany feel. Nice job. The street and parking lots you put around the mall are a great touch.

I'm the one who jumped across the Grand Canyon... and lived.

"Pure awesomeness!" ;D
Love the canals, the bus stops, the AVE-2 medians, the street FLUP, and the townhomes.

What ya got there marsh is some very low density. It looks great!

GMT

after a quadrillion years of apparent inactivity (actually I was never inactive on that WIP CJ of mine throughout the last years, just never started it), here's to the first 2 shots in like 2 years.
Some suburban sprawl fused grid inspired development one can occasionally stumble across in my city:

On a hot summer day and...

... at a cold night

... really, it is. I swear.

Yikes! D8 How the heck can you have that layout and not get zots? It's extremey inaccessible! D:

Might wanna connect it better with the main roads. That's my suggestion.

Otherwise, it looks great. C:

It's also extremely realistic. Show me a real life neighborhood with more road connections than houses. I've actually pulled a fused grid layout myself with no zots. So, 2 for 2, fused grid layouts work.

I got about 200 of these blocks splattered across my metro area and to be honest there are zots in each one, BUT only at the 2 or 3 houses directly adjecent to the cul de sac roundabouts cuz they mess with the pathfinding for whatever reason. Tastyzots makes it picture-ready ;)
other than that I don't have any zots whatsover thanks to NAM pathfindin (and a little tricks cuz I build for visuals anyway)

... really, it is. I swear.
