that restaurant looks similar to an In-n-out, (use to eat outside or by car, right?) i'll see if i can bat it, i like it 

Also another possible restaurant that I like 


Johnny Carino's its famous for the Italian food, and the restaurant building design its beautiful, it might be beautiful for SC4...

El Pollo Loco, (The Crazy Chicken) another restaurant that i could bat...


i'll see which of the 4 proposed restaurants ill make first for tomorrow or maybe this Saturday

Ummmmm... love RALLY's .. they make good ol' old fasioned big, greasy burgers w/ mayo.. LOVE THEM!!
Their curly fries are cool too.. hehe

Not sure if to name it checkers or rally's....
Here are some progress (still lack of details, also not sure how's the back side of a checker)

The back of the building is sqaured off, same as you have the front, with the checkerboard tile all over the back wall, with 2 red doors for the restrooms. There's also one red door on the side where the passenger pays for the employee's entrance.
As for roof junk, they usually have Nascar flags in the four corners, or the local college football flags, depending on which sport is in season, along with the standard roof junk.
It's the same company, with Checkers in most of the South, while Rally's is generally in the North US. I would prefer a Checkers. But the only difference is the signage, if you want to do both, to satisfy the yankees. 
Aside from the back, you've got it dead-on. Looks really good! Thank you!

Great looking Checker's, Eblem. I've got one just around the corner.

And as a former Southern Californian, I can assure you that all Checkers and In-N-Out have in common is that they serve hamburgers and french fries!

If I remember correctly, they're at the front corners. One on each side and one on each corner of the main building.

If you need a picture I'll take one tomorrow.

For now im wondering how the lot and props for the sc4, is theres a billboard? also a microphone menu? chairs parking lot etc...

If you square the back of the building, they'd be in the orange crappy-painted circles. If you keep if rounded they'd go in the pink.



I'll see if I can't dig up some more pics on the net. There is always a patio dining area, with red fencing, round cement tables with red aluminum umbrellas in the middle. Speaker menu with a preview board at the back of the building (on both drive-thrus).

So the back side should loke exactly like in front? and the restrooms in a side? well I invented the back side by rounding it sorry!  I know restaurants like this like in-n-out (but not exactly, haven't since July of last year) what I remember is a double speaker menu and a patio-parking lot with chairs next to the car.

If you don't mind i'll leave the model as it is, i'll try my best for the lot (maybe I have to do new base textures for it)

I really like the model as it is. The only thing I'd change is the color of the doors, should be red. Still looking for pics online. If I need to, I can take some either tomorrow or Thursday of the lot itself, and the signage.

If you want you can stop looking as for the doors would look odd to change those in red, I inspired my model 50% from this one...
