MIRACULOUS! Awakening of the SC4 Central Train Station

Now I don't know whether someone had a bug fix done in one of the lots here on sc4devotion but after loading one of my beloved cities aptyly titled Toronto (where I'm staying at on exchange) with roughly 4.25million inhabitants i saw a dialogue msg appear stating "Toronto ready for new train et al
"with a link to build the original SC4 TrainStation which seemed perennially locked. After re-entering the city the station is now continually unlocked. Bravo to whoever figured this out and maybe someone can fill me in on how this happened???

My big thanks to this site and the CAMeLots! Fan Fan Tastic creation to overcome the dreaded sc4 peanut butter deadlock faced despite regional growth in commercial, industrial et al...my addiction to this game continues
