I have been working on a project off and on for about a year now - a ploppable build your own refinery - So you can make it as big as you want or as small as you want. All lots will have ID Jobs so will be necessary to connect roads to each lot. Thes are just teaser lots, the actual lots may change over the next couple of weeks

Here are some new props that I have made for the refinery kit and more to come
Hope you enjoy

fantastic work. you do know you can have more than one overlay texture on each tile.... i think its either ctrl or shift + D  while you click it down. that might help with the internal roads....
NAM + CAM + RAM + SAM, that's how I roll....

CityNut wow Love the Refinery and it will be a great add on to the Rising Sun Refinery.... BTW what has happend to the Church?

another pic for you all to enjoy it is a overall pic of the so far 12 lots for the refinery - no new textures - just used a different overlay on all of them. Thanks for all of the great comments - oh this plant will employ just a little over 15,000 sims with all of the buildings  :D
