I absolutely love this town and there are many buildings there which I find interesting. There's Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, which I enjoy because it seems so secluded off on its own on a mini-island kinda thing. Here's a link to an aerial view of it.
There's the American Bank Center here
There's the Selena Memorial on the sea wall...
And plenty of other interesting things there... Here is a picture of Corpus' coastal skyline. Toward the north of the city is a large industrial area where citgo refineries is, as well as oxygen chemicals and some other factories and plants. So my request is just if you feel you up to it, do a search on corpus christi and make something from that town. That would be awesome, thanks!

what I like about Corpus Christi is the USS Lexington museum, would be a good idea is to make a museum like that  :)

Yeah, the Lexington museum is awesome. I used to live in Corpus, for about 5 years, and I absolutely love this city (it's underrated IMO). And Texas A&M CC is bigger than when I last remember it!

It would be great if someone would make some buildings from Corpus, but it might be awhile.

Well I'm going to try my best, but I'm afraid my best won't be enough. I lived there for the majority of my life, and I loved it more than most do haha. I agree that it is underrated. Currently I'm trying to get some help with modding stuff cuz I just can't seem to get the hang of it. (I'm actually working on a hemp farm that will contribute to rewards that will be based off of some of the poorer neighborhoods in Corpus Christi.. I feel I'll start small like this and work my way up, but the modding part is still difficult). The reward chain will (if I am succesful) add a crime element to peoples cities. Starting with that hemp farm it will move up to a run-down school (which will be based upon one of the highschools or middle schools in corpus, with a beatup feel added to it) Then the Belle Bella Hair Salon, which is like, the punk-style fashion capitol in Corpus haha. I have a lot of other things in mind, like Equal Eyez (a venue that is no longer open, but was my favorite when it was), Zeroz (another venue, but smaller), E-Z's House (a well-known gangster in my old neighborhood), The Bowl (which is a specific spot at bob-hall pier where people went to throw keg parties), the duck pond (just a small park with a little pond and lots of ducks), and cole park are among a few of the places I hope to develop in the near future.

The only ones I have under way right now are the Wilson Plaza downtown, and the hemp farm, which is the one I'm having the modding problems with. If you guys know anyone who might be able to help with the modding that would be great, or of a tutorial for farm modding... =D

Ooo something just came to mind as another suggested creation, the refineries outside of town! Like Oxy Chemicals, Citgo Refineries etc. Those would be nice to have.
