Broken Link for unregistered users...

Hi, most of my creations are outside of the BSCLex exchange, when I use a dependency thats located at LEX most of unregistered users can't access to the page, and due that issue my creations gets low rates.

May I request or suggest in change of that page error, please show the upload info, but of course without downloading, an option for the user for to register at the site for download the upload in that same page, but please not the error link!!.

As Colyn is hit by RLS, I'm not sure it will be done soon
But that is a good idea
