Under Elavated Highway lots

I would like to see some one make some under elevated highway lots.  If it is possible, some parking spaces, maybe even TE'd,at least the entrance,  parked tractor trailers, garbage, storage for train containers......just a few ideas.

Also some TE'd road, street and avenue peices to make entrances to lots look more realistic.

A huge thanks in advance if anything is possible.


Okay, so I have just learned that you can do this with LE and changing lot sizes, but for my request I would perfer over hanging lots, so they can be used at your convenience.
