Noob ? here - Does Growable = Replacement?

There are many beauties on this site and the STEX.

I have been dl-ing SimGoobers works quite a bit as I do want more contemporary businesses and hotels and such in my game.

Does the fact that these are growable mean that they replace original SC4 bldgs???

I badly want such places, but I can't stand the thought of losing original vanilla bldgs either.

No, growable just means they will appear in zoned alongside the vanilla buildings.  You will get both.
