Where is the SC4D Terraformer Download?

I was referred to this site by someone who said I could get the Terraformer program on here. Is that so? I'm looking to create a map/city from a specific region in the United States.

Follow this link. You need to register on the BSC File Exchange (aka the LEX) before you can download.
