I'm not really sure about the first one, but I would try some of the BLAM French Connections plazas, on the STEX.  They had some similar ones.    The second is from citynut's CCPW Canal Park Walk, found here.  Cheers!

I find the ".dat" of the fisrt pics (recovering from bad hdd!), is "BSC_Parks_Wide_Path_Addons.dat" but I don't know/find the name of this plugin!
