The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

8.6 Catalyst Not responding

I just updated my Catalyst drivers from 8.5 to 8.6 version. When i tried to play simcity 4 with my new 8.6 catalyst drivers, it just went to a black screen, no mouse pointer no nothing, just stuck on a black screen.

Maybe SC4 doesent work on 8.6 ??

PD my graphics card is a 2600XT ATI, windows xp 32 bit


SOLVED, was a problem with some affinity program i was using.
