Hi.

I just discovered SketchUp from the Google website. I had heard of others using SketchUp in their BAT designs, and I was wondering if it was possible to do the same. The only caveat I can think of is that SketchUp base version doesn't export as a BAT file, so someone with SketchUp Pro would have to save it and do whatever. Any other problems? Can I start going gung ho on BATting, or is something else wrong?

It's been a few days now, and no one has even answered back even with a "I don't know"! Why is everyone ignoring this!  :(

I think you should try to search the site (top right hand) for some info.  I just check and there seems to be alot, I'm sure you'll find your answer there.

You can use Sketchup to BAT, but either you'll need the pro version or find somone who has the pro version and is willing to render it.

The trial pro version will do the job but has a limit of 500 minutes, but if you use the free version to BAT and only open the trial pro to export you could probably manage to get along for quite a whle.

Hope I've helped,

Jonathan.
