You should open a LEX Candidacy thread before trying to upload anything

The LEX is not an open exchange like ST or the official exchange...there is a minimum level of quality standard for LEX and it's quite high, as you can probably guess by browsing it.

Then if you still wish to upload, open a candidacy thread.
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it
