Leah, like many English speaking cities around the world, contains a large population of people with Irish roots. Today they celebrate St. Patrick's Day with the traditional parade through Leah city centre.








You may have noticed the beautiful "upgrade to photobucket pro" pictures above. I went over my bandwidth, but I think I'm near to the end of the month so they'll revert back to normal pictures soon It kind of actually shows the increased popularity of the CJ. Pictures from the last 6 updates have generated 58600 hits I'll now have to start doing 3 updates per Photobucket account.

Very nice as always Craig, a wonderful set of buildings that make for a gorgeous downtown.

However, I've noticed that you're now using traffic generators, but you haven't pressed the play button? I see all the cars bunched up by the generator just dying to be freed! You're so close to breathing the life into your images that will make them fantastic works of art.

The Simlympic Torch Relay is a huge event taking place in cities all around the SC4 world. The Torch Relay will be at a different city each day for 7 days, climaxing with the beginning of the April Simlympics on April 1st. The Paranor Island leg will take place in the capital and largest city, Leah. The torch made it's way from Leah Airport through the city streets and thousands came out to view it.

The night was ended with a celebration in Leah City Stadium, attended by tens of thousands of spectators and which featuredperformances by major artists.

Leah City Stadium, which recently hosted a major event as part of the Simlympic Torch Relay, is to be completely redeveloped. The stadium, as well as the neighbouring hotel are to be demolished and replaced with a new larger and state-of-the-art stadium.

The size of this super-block can really be seen here during the early days of the new stadium's construction.



The new 51,000 seater stadium which also features a closable roof.
