Vervosia - The Lake City (not at all associated with Salt Lake City)

Vervosia was founded in 1863 by Fredrick Vervosian and his wife Alice. It has very cold winters and warm summers. It's suburbs and downtown enroaches a small inland lake, lake Pinesdown.

To start things off, here's a pic of the downtown coast:

The downtown has experinced erratic building in the last twenty years - causing the obvious "jump" from low density to high density. To aid this aesthetic, the city planners are re-designing the orange-circled block into a more modern area.

A mosaic of Vervosia's tallest buildings.

Finally, here's a small part of the region pic showing the eastern suburbs. Note the tram-way.

Please stay tuned for an update! And comment if you can! Thanks guys!

Very nice start.
It looks like you have a very large and diverse city.
I would love to see more of it.

Great start!

I'd like to see a close-up of the tram-way... especially near the high density district.
