Simgoober Lots and misc. errors ?

Hey again, i am wondering if Simgoober Education Lots BSC (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1382) is compatible with CAM ?

Instruction:
PLEASE NOTE THAT BEFORE INSTALLING THESE LOTS YOU MUST BULLDOZE ANY EXISTING LOTS IN CITIES OTHERWISE THE PHANTOM SLIDER BUG MAY APPEAR CAUSING MANY PROBLEMS.

Does he mean i need to bulldoze all my current Schools(maxis orig) ? I don't have any custom educational lots.

He has many sg commercial lots, and i am wondering if they are compatible with cam as well =x

PEG_ArtificialTree_100(http://simpeg.com/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=cat784) - Does this cause any problems with cam ? I heard from some people this is a cheat, but also some saying its not ?


Is there any Industrial Cam packs ? I notice its mostly Residential and Commercial =x Can anyone point me some nice packs Also any Civics that doesn't cause the Phantom bug problem ? =o always wanted a bigger hospital

You only need to bulldoze existing simgoober schools etc from cities before installing the newones - not Maxis ones.
All of simgoober's packs on the LEX are CAMpatible whatever growth stage they are. This just means they have balanced stats and growth stages by using the X_Tool.
The building is a commercial $$ but is not a CAM lot as it doesn't have the CAM query. I don't know what building it is.
As for the PEG Artificial Tree, it is a cheat lot but should work with CAM as it only affects the air pollution.
Search for CAM - Industrial using the Search in the left hand menu bar - click Search when you have the correct category not Enter - and you will find many there.

No new custom civic building will cause the Phantom Funding Sliders bug.

The Phantom Funding Sliders bug will only be triggered if you change the monthly cost of a civic building that you have already built in your citry.
Thus, since the updated schools by SimGoober have new monthly costs, you have to bulldoze any previously plopped instances of these.
