Valdivia - the beauty of Europe

Hey guys welcome to my new MD.
As you know I played "Nullabor County" for a long time (till summer), but now I need something new.
I downloaded a new map (Santa Barbara) and new terrain mod and new tree-controller (both Italia).
I use industry quadruppler and service doubler and logically the NAM. I do not plopp buildings with jobs, so everything you see has grown "naturally".

Here you see the location of Valdivia. It's a small country surrounded by Italy.

As always it looks incredible, perfect which is surprsing considering you grew it. Have you considered downloading more Jestarr for the industrial stuff though?

Wow, that's the great start on MD, Manuel! I really like it!

I especially love how the railway winds through the whole town. It looks nice and realistic.

@Yoman: That's a good idea, I'll do that. Maybe should use a Maxis-blocker for the industry too, like for the other sectors.

Nice start, my friend! I agree that using those NAM curves are addicting 

I like how the neighborhoods are set up, having the same style of housing, which gives it a realistic suburban look (at least here in the U.S. ). I'll be looking forward to more!

Nicely done. The city really has a small-town-feeling.
And i must say i'm also quite fond of the curved highways and the beautiful well-wooded landscape of Valdivia.
