Now the neat thing that I'd like to point out about this area is that I run the CAM and all those very large industrial LOTs were grown.  ()stsfd()
My city has very little in the way of comercial jobs right now and I am trying my hardest to keep it that way for as long as possilbe.  As many of you already know me and for those ofyou that don't....I like industrial cities.  The dirtier the better.

What a seaport, Robin!

Just a wonderful job you've done with everything--the containers and cranes, the piers and ships--just perfectly put together, my friend!

You're doing some excellent work here!

Beautiful update, Robin! I have to admit that I haven't seen the industrial area like that in the loooooong time ;) It's really realistic, and I wonder how much time have you spent in Lot Editor, 'cause these are your custom lots, right? :)

OK, we had pros, now for some cons :P:
Well, to be honest, I don't really like the colour of that water. It is really bright blue, and in my opinion doesn't really fit in your city ;) But you're the mayor, and you decide what water you're going to use ;) Apart from that, virtually none for me :)

BTW, in the corner of the 1st pic, are those custom pylons? Because I'm looking for them for quite a long time, and I cannot seem to find them &mmm So if you tell me the name of those, I'll be really thankfull ;D

Best wishes for you, your wife and a little baby ;)

Robin, now you're giving the answers away, aaaaah $%Grinno$%

You are one of the best when it comes to ports, and this update is no exception.

I am so glad that today I decided to have a look at your mind scape again - and find more of those excellent industrial-port-city-pictures!  I love the way you have build the ports. They are so "simple" and so realistic, there is no overdoing in it - just plain quays and docks, cranes, warehouses and parkings. Absolutely very beautifull. :satisfied:

Hello All,

Replies,

Arthur (art128), thanks for stopin in and you are right about everything you have said.  I am in the middle of looking for a few things that will make some big changes to the water and the land.  ;)

Dustin (thundercrack83), it's always good to hear from you.  Thanks for the very nice comment.

south park, thanks, I'm glad you like what you see.

Simpson, I'm also gald you like the seaport.  It did take me some time.

Piotr (Sheep49), I too don't like the water.  I have been shopping for something fitting for some time.  I'm looking for something not too dark cause I want to use jeronij's special dirty water effect.  If you have any ideas, I'll gladly look into them.  But I think I have found something that I like.  We'll see in one of the upcoming updates.  ;)  As for the custom pylons, they are by Fukuda and can be found on the STEX, HERE.

sciurus54, Thanks for the compliment, but if you think mine is good you should see Emilin's in his MD.  ;)

bat, thanks for stopping by and I'm gald you like the LE work and the seaport.

Jess (jestarr), nice to see you in here.  Thanks for the very nice comment and I hope to hear from you more often.

Arne (vester), Excellent, eh.  Thank you very much.

Dave (tooheys), I'm glad you like the ports, just wait until you see what is coming.  ;) Than give me your opinion of my seaports.  ()stsfd()

sebes, You are glad....I am more glad that you took a few minutes out of your day to stop in here.  As I said to Dave above, just wait till you see what's in store for November.  Ports, dirty industrial and ports and more dirty industrial.  hehe

Pat, I hope you are felling better.  I hope you had the chance to see everything.

Cedric (Badsim), Thank you....It's you I should thank, you are so inspirational.  &apls

kimcar, Thank you and yes they did take more than several hours.

Now for those that like the seaports so much, why don't you download BSC Functional Seaports from the LEX.  In the download you'll find my LOTs, but the ones in my MD are just eyecandy LOTs but the ones in the download are functional.

Now for a little Teaser of what I am up to right now.
