Well, it's very obvious that I have had time to feed my kids breakfast, lunch and dinner more than a few times.  Real life has really kicked me.....actually my kids.  All four of them are sick with the flu.  They are all okay now, been to the doctor and are now taking their medication and drinking lots of fluids.  None of the adults have gotten sick yet and I hoping....no praying it stays that way.  I have been told many times that when your kids ask to be hugged you take full advantage because sooner or later they will tell you to leave them alone.  So needless to say I have been doing alot of hugging and holding these past few days.

Now let's see how I plan to recover and make the last few days some what special.
Let's start with a small teaser and I'll try to be back later today with something more substantial. 

I was confused when I heard the word 'service' used in these expressions.

Canada Revenue 'Service'
Canada Postal 'Service'
Telephone 'Service'
Cable TV 'Service'   
Civil  'Service'
City, County, Provincial & Public 'Service'
Customer 'Service'

This is not what I  thought 'service' meant.

But today, I overheard two farmers talking, and one of them said he had hired a bull to 'service' a few cows.

BAM!!!  It all came into focus. 

Now you are as enlightened as I am!

That's a very nice pair of teasers there, Robin. Your industrial areas have always amazed me (silently, considering I never posted), and, also putting forward the fact that I hate industrial parks, they have to be very impressive. Saying that, I've also seen some of your nice cities, and they're just of good, if not better.

All of your kids are sick? Really, that's not good. Give them lots of teas and fish oils, that always seems to help me a bit. (The teas maybe have honey!  ) I was already sick this year and it was pretty bad, it was even worse at night as well, because that is when my fever would go up. (Sometimes I would hear trombone music in my ears..  ) Is this the same case with your kids? Worse at night? (not the trombone.) I was only sick for about 5 days though, so I bet they will get better soon. From what you've described your being a good Dad.

Good looking pics Robin. Sorry to hear the kids have been down for the count. You keep yourself healthy too, they'll have their energy back soon enough and they'll need someone to play with. I'll keep an eye out what else you have planned, but if nothing else, I think I see a bit of trash in that picture there. Might want to get that checked out before the citizens get up in arms about it.

As usual Robin, your industrial areas are always the best for me. And you know, I really love seeing nice industrial areas as yours.
The first picture is splendid, with the forest near the big factory, it's not something I usually do, but your way to make it is truly awesome. The second picture is also very nice.

Hello All,
I do apologies for not being able to anything super special....with the kids being very sick I have had no time, which is why I am here now at this time.  I'm usually fast asleep.

Well I hope you'll enjoy these pics.....























As you may be able to see, everything is grown and custom....I have a Maxis blocker on all maxis stuff.    There is a little green in this city, vey little commercial jobs and as you may have already guessed....lots of industrial.

I really like the third and fourth pictures especially, but they're all good.  I don't know what kind of filter you have on that camera, but you even managed to make the Maxis high school look good!!!        I had to look a couple times to recognize a few of my own buildings in the background too...

It was really worth the wait, Robin. I understand you not being to update quickly with the kids being sick, but I'm glad you managed this one. I like the variety of industrial areas and the mid-rise residential districts. That third picture is especially nice in my opinion.
