I have been creating some new beach lots and have come across a slight problem which now requires expert input.

The problem is with prop 0x1eb3000 RW1x1x1_Sun_bathers. It is in my prop list within LE and can be placed on the lot. It does not show on the lot when placed and when plopped gives me the missing prop flag (I use PEG's flag). SC4Tool lists the prop as being in simcity_1.dat which I have installed in my plugins folder and the Tool also ticks it off. So no problem there.

So where is the prop or is there a trick I am missing. Yes I can do without the prop, but that is not the solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They might be timed to show onlt at specific intervals.  The milling and exploritorium people props are that way.

There are several Maxis props that appear in the props list but do not seem to have any models or effects associated with them. The one you have quoted is one of them so unless I am missing something it doesn't really exist.

This line concerns me.  Simcity_1.dat shouldn't be in your plugins.  It's a game file that is installed in the program folder.

Hi thanks for the feedback.

I have also come to the conclusion that it does not exist as prop.

simcity_1.dat is within the program folder, which is what I meant by being part of the plugins.

Just for the record, there are 8 props in SimCity_1.dat that point to the same non-existent model
