Torremayor Bastille Opera House (Large building)

I've seen this building in a few MDs, but I have no idea what it's called or where I can find it (though I have a hunch it's at Simtropolis). In the following picture, from the MD "The Imperial Kingdom of Royal Collanden," this building is in the bottom left corner. It's the biggest one.



Can anyone tell me the name of this building and/or provide a link to it?
