Street-textures-Request (would be useful for anybody)

Hi,
you probably know avenues that "split up" and then there's something in the middle (can't explain it better).
I just found Praiodan's Central Subway Station on the Lex, and I thought it would be cool to recreate the Wittenbergplatz in Berlin then.
But I'm missing the textures for it. Would anybody like to create these (in the style of the streets in the game) for me/the community?

I think this would be very useful, not only for that Central Station, but also for other things like you could put a plaza in there with the LE or some houses.. etc.
