I have a question about the airport terminal models. I found a old model i might be able to use as a airport, but there is one thing i cant figure out.

How far off the ground is the bottom of the gates used on the airplane gate lots? Also, what are the dimensions of the gate end? I need to know this so i can match the floor level of my possible airport to it.

Hi Xyloxadoria,

The bottom of the airbridge "doorway" into the terminal, is 3m from the ground, and measures 3m wide x 3.5m tall. Ace's earlier jetway styles have smaller doorways, but still 3m off the ground.

Yes, we are making new ILS components. Although the basic modelling is complete, this will require the new lights as well.

My new Airport is pepared for RMIP3. I just wait to replace the RWYs (and there is enough designators for my 14 Runways xD
)

My main runway is prepped. I won't replace the other two (for the time being) as my airport is mainly regional.

The following has been said many times before, but apparently people still don't get it...

Please be patient, we are working on it!
When there is progress worth mentioning, we will, but at this point, there is nothing "interesting" going on.
The team is currently working on new lights, which is mainly programming and coding.

In fact, the project in its current state CAN be released, but we (the AC Team) only release projects when they look fully realistic and are tested well.
With the old lights, the project looks "OK", but with the new ones, it will look so much better!

So, when these new lights are finished, we can release this project.
We will not mention a release date, we will not even give you an indication. 
This is just because of the fact that developing custom content costs huge amounts of time, and we want to have as much time as we need, without rushing through things.

When things are ready worth showing, you'll notice, and until that moment, please stop asking about release dates, progress etc.

Forgive another delay, but RL doesn't give me a pardon ;). The promised update is still on the way, the project isn't dead, don't worry. The effects of the new lights research aren't still satisfatory enough to show them, but I've started working on the another modular feature - Rapid Exit Taxiway at 30 degree - up to 250+ new texture tiles, about 15 new lot types (over 40 lots in total). First screens "soon".

That's damn right. Such project requires much time indeed, as it has to be well designed, concerning both the textures quality and logistic - there is so many things to take care of. I wish it was so easy as another automata skin ;).
