@Snorelli: That girl is Haruhi Suzumiya from an anime of the same name, and from what I can tell of Japanese(I'm only got 2 1/2 years of school study in it) It's saying "Looking for Group Members!" and then "SOS Group". You'd understand all that really if you wiki about the show or something. As for the stoplights, what I would guess from the strange translation is that the stoplights are old, and therefore not functional, however he has it set to randomly change the color shown every 8/31 in game, and from the "can't push button" I'd guess it doesn't count as a real crosswalk or change to red.

or maybe the BAT is modelled off a real old style of stoplights that lack the button pedestrians push to cross?

For those that dont know: EN's EL-Rail station is for Elevated Heavy Rail. I believe this is only the 2nd station in known existence for el-heavy rail.

quick question I can't download Nakajima Ki-43 and Interceptor by Smart Speeder or link to anything from Sim city force off of your lnks,I've attempted to search for them myself but have been unsuccesfull I found the page and translated most of it but still am completly lost on where to get them so is there a way for those links to be checked? if not I'll keep trying if so thank you in advance
