ks_JPN is one of my favorite BATer.

His new tower is just as amazing as the other ones. On is website, once, it was possible to download the projected Dubai's Al Borj tower. You can also find a lot of other wondefull tower (Tour Montparnasse, 21st century tower, Millenium tower, Chelsea tower , Dusit Dubai, Sears with job, princess tower, etc,etc). I wonder why it's no longer possible ?

I love his work, and I especially love this version of the Lighthouse Tower!  Thank you so much!

Well I know he had problems with his host / server for the old site on which he had those available, and they have also been included in ks_jpn MEGA Prop Packs (on the LEX) and made into CAMeLOTs.

Maybe that is the reason.

ks_JPN san's previous site held the trouble caused by an excessive access.
so now, He worries about it, and publishing only a minimum files.
He said that "Thanks for your understanding everyone whom like my works."  to us always.

Thank you for your answer. I understand the reason that drive ks_JPN to change the way he use to work. I'm still missing the Al Burj tower (which is not one ks_JPN MEGA Prop Packs).

Une_ame...If I'm not mistaken you were able to view Al Burj tower on his old site but I believe he was having rendering problems with it and never released it.

There were indeed rendering problems with the Al Burj, however a beta Landmark version was released. The rendering issues came down to the bottom piece from one angle (the nightlights turn the bottom of the tower completely white on one side when illuminated) but other than that the building does exist, as I used it in my MD



In this picture you can see the side that has the rendering problems.

Hate to say it, but offering to let people download it from your personal web site is distributing it via the internet. My advice is if it hasn't been posted somewhere public by the creator or with the permission of the creator then it isn't available to the public.

Very good point snorrelli, I hadn't considered it that way.

I'd uploaded it to my site because someone asked about it in my MD, i've removed the offer from the origional post now though.

No big deal, jimmymac... Maybe KS will give permission for it to be distributed, or take the interest in the building as a request to re-render and release it. People do ask about it frequently...

I am not really sure this is a new building by Hotaryuso but I haven't seen it posted here yet.

Its a ploppable CS$$$ building and unfortunately the lot used is one from the RCI Blank Lot Set by ralphaelninja which, we all know, can cause problems when used (edit: read the article by Rippletjet about it here!). You are warned now before downloading this. People with modding knowledge can of course make this lot save for use.

Yes, He used it in his LOT. (I have seen the post in a JPN's site that he use it.)
but, Ragutarou san was re-make it to correct files, and sharing to us Japanese on his site.
May be, Hotaryuso san used it (Ragtarou's correct one).

確かにホタリュソさんは、Ralphさんの"RCI Blank Lot Set"　をベースにしていたと記憶しています（日本のサイトでその様な書き込みを見た覚えが）
ですが、ラグ太郎さんがその問題のあるファイルセットに修正を加えたものを公開してくれています。
おそらくホタリュソさんはそのラグ太郎さん修正のファイルセットを使ったのだと思います。


I did Plop-Test of this LOT to make sure.

This LOTs working a normally at my city.

念のために、私の方でPlopテストを行ってみましたが、私の街では正常に機能しているようですね。


However, A property that doesn't leave it is certainly included in this LOT.  ( "Building/prop Family" )
but it seems to have no problems because this is Ploppable-Lots.
しかしながら、Ripplejetさんの記事を見ますと、このLOTにはまだ消さなくてはならないはずのプロパティが残ってしまっています。
でもこのホタリュソさんのLOTはPloppable-LOTなので、問題は無いかと思われます。


Please report again if you find other some problems.
At that time, I will report to him.
